Your goods will be expedited via Royal Mail International Signed For service or Parcel Force Priority express shipping services, usually within a 24hr period from when you placedyour order you will be emailed with a tracking number.
We deliver our goods to *ALL Countries & States worldwide with the exception of *North Korea & *Africa.
[*NB: This service is not available to excessively heavy goods such as sex machines unless you contact us for a shipping quotation]
Due to possible retention of goods from customs & excise (dependant on your countries regulations), every international order is sent via a recordable tracking service. If you do not receive your delivery within 28 days from when you made it, please contact us and we will endeavour to invesigate and trace where your goods are - however we cannot refund nor exchange goods which are not delivered.
If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; DPB Enterprises has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
