All goods remain the sole property of DPB Enterprises until such time they have been paid for in full.
DPB Enterprises will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific product not being available at a specific time. All stock items are subject to availability and may differ from the image(s) displayed. We will always try and *substitute with a similar product(s) if the stock is unavailable to dispatch. (*unless you contact us prior to dispatch)
Substitutions
As common practice within the industry if a stock item is unavailable we reserve the right to replace with a similar product [If this is not acceptable please say so via the comments section whilst placing your order]
Back Orders
Back orders are automatically created if you order an item that is shown as ‘out-of-stock’ on the Website. When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly.
Back-ordered products usually come into stock 7 – 10 days but can occasionally take longer.
If you live outside the UK, then DPB Enterprises will not dispatch back ordered products due to the prohibitive cost of shipping. Your order will be adjusted with back ordered products removed and the balance of your order dispatched immediately.
Customs & Import taxation
If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; DPB Enterprises has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit or refunds for items seized by the customs service of any country.
Cancellations
Dependent on which product you have ordered if you cancel your order there you may incur a £49.95 surcharge, this charge is only on sex machines that we have ordered from a third party.
Stickering your goods
As common practice within the industry you may find that the adult magazines you have ordered have been stickered with our company logo and/or paid advertisers logos [ if you do not wish this please request via the shopping cart ].

Customer
We request information from the user in our shopping basket. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for invoicing purposes and to fulfil customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
You may become a registered customer, in which case we will save the information you have provided. This will enable you to use the site without retyping your information.
Returns
As sex machines & sex toys are clasified as a adult sexual aids, due to helth and safety guidelines we do not exchange or refund goods once out wrapping has been removed.
Delivery
Sex Toys are delivered by Royal Mail certified post, sex machines are expedited via *Parcelforce *once dispatched you will receive a Parcelforce tracking number via email. Next day delivery is for UK mainland customers only, all orders received by 14:30 will be sent the same day & you will receive goods the following working day, however orders that are received after 14:30 will be dispatched the next working day via the next day delivery service.
Cookies

We use session cookies (only for when you are on our website) to enhance your experience and make life easy for you. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates.
